Dolci is starting off this semester with a meeting for anyone interested in being a head chef this spring. So, if you’ve worked some Dolcis and keep dreaming up menus that you’d like to execute, this meeting is for you! We’ll be meeting in Axinn 219 at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, February 13th to talk about scheduling, meal ideas, and logistical information for this semester’s head chefs. This meeting is mandatory for all interested head chefs.
If you want to continue (or start!) working Dolci as a prep chef, cook, or waiter, there’s no need to attend. You also don’t need to come if your true passion is eating--but keep an eye out for sign-ups for our first meal, which will be on February 22nd!
