This Friday marks the last Dolci of the year, head cheffed by April Dodd. The meal is going to a fabulous southern inspired feast - think homemade blackberry barbecue sauce, roasted okra, and bourbon dark chocolate cake. Want to be the best-fed person on campus...? Sign up for Dolci tickets TONIGHT at 9:00 pm sharp by following the link below (you may have to copy-paste it). 


If you get tickets, you will hear from us within the next 24 hours. If not, better luck next year! Remember that if you get Dolci tickets, they must be used--its really no fun to leave seats empty.

It's our final meal of the year, so if you haven't gotten to work yet, this is your last chance! Remember that working for Dolci is a paid position and there's absolutely no experience required. Here's the help we need this week:

3 Thursday Prep Chefs (Thursday, 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.)

Our final 51 Main Dolci is happening this Monday, April 29th! If you haven't had a meal at 51 Main yet, it's not to be missed. This week, head chef Hannah Postel is making a Japanese fusion feast, featuring things like seaweed salad with grilled octopus and matcha crème brulée. If you get tickets, we'll let you know within 24 hours. Otherwise, try again for our last Dolci of the year on May 3rd. 
Don't forget that if you've gotten tickets to two meals already this month, you aren't eligible for tickets to Monday's dinner. Everybody will be free to sign up for May 3rd, though!

Remember that if you have already received tickets to two Dolci meals this month, you are no longer eligible for tickets. As always, if you get tickets, we'll let you know within 24 hours. It's time for another 51 Main Dolci this Monday, April 22nd!

This week, head chefs Annika Silverman and Anna Ready-Campbell are making classic Vermont bistro food, like braised local beef over mushroom polenta and poached pears. 51 Main Dolcis have been a hit so far, and this one will not disappoint. Remember that you can receive tickets to a maximum of two meals this month, so if you've already received Dolci tickets twice, you won't be eligible this week. 
51 Main Dolcis start at 7:00 pm and typically go until about 8:30. If you get tickets, we'll let you know within 24 hours. If you don't hear from us, sign up for our next meal on Friday, April 26th!

If this seems like Dolci déjà vu, that's because it kind of is: we have another round of sign-ups TONIGHT for this Monday's meal at 51 Main. This week's meal is head cheffed by April Dodd and is inspired by the foods of childhood. Think Lunchables-style hors d'oeuvres with all-local sausage, homemade smoked gouda goldfish crackers, and boozy banana splits. 
**This meal is in collaboration with the Youthful Alliance of Merrymaking. We are looking to raise some money for Bridport Elementary School, an amazing school whose new principal has many nutritional and recreational initiatives that both our clubs love. So, we will be asking for donations at the meal. We promise--it'll still be the least you ever pay for four courses. Want to sign up for the best meal you've had at Middlebury on a Monday?
