Hello all!

The second (and sadly final) Dolci of J-term is coming up this Friday, head cheffed by Sara Dinkin! The menu is based off of landscapes, and features a fun array of techniques (think sous-vide, spherification, powders, and foam...). Curious what these mean, or just want to want to help out? Sign up TONIGHT (Sunday) at 9:00 P.M. - remember that working for Dolci is a paid position (and you'll get to eat all sorts of tasty food afterwards), and there's absolutely no experience required. Here's the help we need this week:

3 Wednesday Prep Chefs (Wednesday, 4:00 P.M. to 7:30 P.M.)
