Hello, Dolci lovers!
It’s time to get excited—this Friday is the first Dolci of
the year! Whether you have tons of cooking experience or none at all, we invite
you to sign up to work this week as
head chefs Cayla Marvil and April Dodd serve up gourmet state fair-inspired
fare.
Sign ups to work will be tonight at 9:00 PM. Follow the link posted below (you may have to copy-paste it). The link will also be posted on our website at go/dolci (http://dolcimidd.blogspot.com/). It will activate at 9:00 PM sharp.

Here is the help we’ll need this week:
1 Wednesday Prep Cook (Wednesday 3:00-6:00)
2 Thursday Prep Cooks (Thursday 3:00-6:00)
4 Cooks (Friday
3:00-9:00)
2 Cooks/Dishwashers (Friday 3:00-9:00)
5 Waitstaff (Friday 5:00-9:00)
If you score a shift, we’ll let you know within 24 hours. Before signing up, please make sure that you can actually work the shift. If you sign up for a work shift and then do not show up, we will not hire you for the rest of the semester.
If you don’t get a shift, don’t worry—our next Dolci is on October 26th. Or, try scoring tickets on Wednesday!
