Hello all!

This Friday marks the first Dolci of the second half of spring semester, head-cheffed by Jordan Collins and Gaby Lee! The theme is Hard Shell, Soft Core: a celebration of texture highlighting the contrast of crispy and creamy - think pork belly and chocolate pot de créme! To help out with the meal, sign up TONIGHT (MONDAY) AT 9:00 P.M. As a reminder, working for Dolci is a paid position and there's absolutely no experience required. Here's the help we need this week:

3 Wednesday Prep Chefs (Wednesday, 3:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M.)
2 Thursday Prep Chefs (Thursday, 3:00 P.M. to 6:30  P.M.)
5 Cooks (Friday, 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.)
2 Cooks/Dishwashers (Friday, 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.)
4 Waitstaff (Friday, 4:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.)
