If you're new to our mailing list--welcome! This is your first chance to be involved with Dolci. Michael Judy is head cheffing this week's meal and needs some willing hands in the kitchen. Interested in helping out? Sign up TONIGHT (Sunday) at 9:00 P.M.  As a reminder, working for Dolci is a paid position and there's absolutely no experience required. Here's the help we need this week (note that this week, prep hours are on Tuesday and Thursday):

3 Tuesday Prep Chefs (Tuesday, 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.)
3 Thursday Prep Chefs (Thursday, 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.)
5 Cooks (Friday, 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.)
2 Cooks/Dishwashers (Friday, 3:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.)
4 Waitstaff (Friday, 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.)
