Dolci was excited to contribute to a superb evening of wine and food pairing hosted by master sommelier Michael Flynn (Midd '77) last Saturday. The enticing menu included 8 different dishes and wines with items such as a 2014 Domaine de la Noblaie with Sweetneck Oysters; a 2013 Sonoma California Chardonnay with seared dry scallops and shaved fennel; and a 2012 Domaine de la Janesse Cotes-du-Rhone with Olive Tapenade. We are hoping to have similar events in the future, so keep an eye out for them.
