It's time for
another 51 Main Dolci this Monday, April 22nd!
This week, head
chefs Annika Silverman and Anna Ready-Campbell are making classic Vermont
bistro food, like braised local beef over mushroom polenta and poached pears.
51 Main Dolcis have been a hit so far, and this one will not disappoint. Want

Remember that
you can receive tickets to a maximum of two meals this month, so if you've
already received Dolci tickets twice, you won't be eligible this week.
51 Main Dolcis
start at 7:00 pm and typically go until about 8:30. If you get tickets, we'll
let you know within 24 hours. If you don't hear from us, sign up for our next
meal on Friday, April 26th!
