It's time to try your hand for
tickets to another Dolci!
This week, head chefs Jordan
Collins and Annalise Carington are paying homage to bacon. And not just any
bacon: this is all-local bacon served up on flatbread, wrapped around figs, and
fried up with leg of lamb. If this sounds like heaven to you, sign up for Dolci tickets TONIGHT at 9:00
pm sharp by following the link below (you may have to copy-paste it):
NOTE: Unfortunately, there is
no vegetarian option for this meal. However, it does respect the locavore diet.
While not everything is locally sourced (it is winter in Vermont, after all)
all of the meat is humanely raised on small-scale farms within 10 miles of
Middlebury. The wheat flour, eggs, and some other ingredients are also local.
Remember that you'll only get
tickets if you type your entire first and last name and complete email address.
Also, if you got tickets to last week's Dolci, unfortunately you are not
eligible to get tickets for this week's meal.
If you get tickets, you will hear
from us within the next 24 hours. If you don't, there will be many Dolcis
coming up after spring break. In fact, that leads us to an exciting
announcement: 51 Main Dolcis are coming
back! Every
Monday in April, we will have a meal for 40 at 51 Main. Ticket sign-ups will
work the same way as for Friday Atwater Dolcis, although some of those meals
will also be raising money for great causes.
Remember that if you get Dolci
tickets, they must be
used. If your seats are left empty, we won't give you tickets for the rest of
the semester.
Bon appétit,
April and Cayla
